Refund policy

IN-HOUSE PROGRAM REFUNDS

After Registration is Processed

100% of registration fee, less $15 admin fee

Two weeks prior to in-town program

50% of registration fee

After first in-town clinic or game

No Refunds

 

TRAVEL PROGRAM REFUNDS

After registration is processed

50% of registration fee, less $25 admin fee

Once teams have been declared

No refunds will be issued

 

There can be exceptions to the refund policy that may be made on a case by case basis (ie. in cases where a player is deemed medically unable to play).  A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund.

A full refund of registration fees will be issued to players that were placed on a team that was never declared.  Players sustaining a season ending injury before the halfway point in the season may be issued a 50% refund. All exceptions must be approved by the President and Treasurer and any injuries require a doctor’s letter.

COVID19 REFUND POLICY
Should the season be cancelled due to COVID-19 by the state of Massachusetts or the town’s board of health, you will receive a prorated refund of your registration fees for any of the sessions not held.
