Mariner Youth Soccer Alumni Scholarship (2026)
The Mariner Youth Soccer Association (MYS), which has provided soccer instruction, skills clinics, and both recreational and competitive soccer opportunities to children ages 4–18 in the communities of Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, Rochester, and Acushnet for over 25 years, is pleased to announce that we are offering a scholarship opportunity to Mariner Youth Soccer alumni this Spring.
Mariner Youth Soccer awards scholarships to graduating senior students who participated in Mariner Youth Soccer over the years.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
Must be a high school senior living in Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, Rochester, or Acushnet
Must have played for Mariner Youth Soccer for a minimum of four (4) years in our Recreational and/or Travel programs
Application Requirements
All applicants must submit:
High school transcript
Two (2) personal references from coaches, teachers, or other individuals (not relatives)
Personal statement (minimum 250 words) describing your experience with Mariner Youth Soccer and how it benefited you
Deadline
All applications must be received by April 15, 2026.
