The Junior Board operates with structure, accountability, and measurable goals — just like our Executive Board.
What Is the Junior Board?
The Junior Board is a selective leadership group of high school students who work alongside Mariner’s Executive Board and Directors to support operations, community outreach, fundraising, and player engagement.
Members are not observers. They plan. They execute. They contribute.
What We’ve Accomplished This Year
• Helped plan and execute Fall Fest and community Movie Nights
• Supported the launch and planning of our TOPSoccer program
• Organized and supported Toys for Tots collections and local giving initiatives
• Assisted in fundraising efforts contributing to nearly $15,000 in scholarships awarded
• Promoted programs through social media outreach and digital engagement
• Supported game-day operations and community events
The Junior Board is actively shaping the future of Mariner Youth Soccer.
